Healthy and delicious meals! Like a home cooked meal (but better) that I didn't have to make. Excellent service and easy delivery. This was perfect for a week when we couldn't cook but didn't want to do take out every night. Looking forward to our next order!

We were hooked after our first week! As someone who doesn't always have the time to cook during the week, I enjoy having healthy, creative variety that I’d never think to make myself. We really enjoy some of the staples - the frittata, the Winter and Detox salads, and the chips and salsa! We even got to test out the new recipe for chicken and sweet potato poppers, which were a huge hit. It feels great to support a local business that cares about its people. It's easy to order - just setup an account and choose your meals when you need the extra help in the kitchen. The delivery is always smooth and the food is consistently delicious - truly a 5-star experience.
The quality, and often the portions, exceed my expectations weekly. Even when we don’t particularly care for a dish, while infrequent, the majority of the mains and sides are so, so good. I’m grateful for the convenience and variety (albeit I order the meatballs and penne every week lol) this company provides us with. Also, the food stays fresh all week. Our delivery arrives on Monday, and by the time we’ve finished everything (Friday ish), it still tastes and looks exceptionally fresh.
The food is delicious, the pricing is reasonable (and absolutely worth it), and it's so convenient. Lots of healthy options in perfect portion sizes. When I don't have time or energy to cook, I cave and order takeout, which is both VERY expensive and usually unhealthy (or just disappointing). Other meal kit services I've tried honestly just aren't the quality I'd hope for considering the price. Home Appetit has solved those problems for me. I couldn't recommend it more for affordable, balanced, QUALITY meals.
I’ve tried other meal kits before but was never able to stick with them—they just didn’t meet my specific needs. Not only am I a picky eater, but I also live alone, and most meal kits are designed for two servings per meal, which simply doesn’t work for me. Others required purchasing more meals than I needed or could use at once. This experience, however, has been completely different. I finished all four of my main meals and was genuinely happy with each one. I especially have to rave about the kale chicken Caesar salad and the Southern kale salad—absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be ordering those again when they’re available. I really want to thank you for offering options that work for individuals who live alone. We’re often overlooked, and after long workdays, the last thing I want to do is cook—especially for one. Being able to simply heat up a meal and enjoy it has made this week so much easier and more satisfying. I couldn’t be more thrilled to support not only a small business, but a local one. I look forward to my future orders and wish you continued success!
Home Appetit is a dream come true. I’ve tried a lot of other meal delivery services and no one comes close to the freshness, quality, convenience, variety, and value of Home Appetit. Even if I had the time to cook, the cost and waste involved in cooking so many different meals a week would be prohibitive. I love that I’m not locked into a subscription, and the cherry on top is the fact that the packaging can be returned to be recycled each week. I couldn’t have asked for better.
I normally don't write reviews, but I am so thrilled with my experience with Home Appétit that I wanted to share. The food is delicious with lots of options to choose from each week. I also love the sauces and dressings. Ordering is very easy. All the delivery people are super nice, plus the communication is great. I love supporting a local company. Delivery was smooth, with great communication. Packaging was perfect- with clear labels and no spills, cracks, or crushed items. Haven't tried all the food yet but it's been delicious so far. I was really looking for home-cooked healthy meals for my family during the week since we have become too busy to cook. My son and I enjoyed the chicken fajitas tonight and I took the lentil salad to work for lunch. I plan to order for the next few weeks and love the variety offered in the menu.
Have been getting HomeAppetit for a few weeks now and all the meals have been great! The convenience of not having to worry about what to eat when getting home late from work has been super helpful. No subscription needed, packaging is great, and delivery drivers have been awesome.
